Who We Are
Ross Witt Architecture Interior Design is a Memphis-area architecture and interior design studio serving clients throughout the region with thoughtful, functional, and enduring design. Founded in 2008 and based in Bartlett, Tennessee, the firm provides principal-led service shaped by clarity, experience, and close collaboration.
Led by Benjamin Witt and Debbie Ross, the firm brings together architecture and interiors through a cohesive studio approach. Their leadership includes more than 30 years of shared collaboration across more than 500 projects, ranging from small renovations and interior improvements to major new facilities.

Ross Witt is led by Debbie Ross and Benjamin Witt, whose combined experience spans architecture, interior design, planning, technical documentation, and project leadership across a broad range of sectors. Debbie Ross is an accomplished interior designer with more than 40 years of professional experience. Benjamin Witt is a registered architect with more than 40 years of experience and professional registrations in multiple states.
