The Challenge
We began with a dated hotel layout that no longer met guest expectations — cramped lobby, inefficient check-in flow, and outdated guest rooms. Ross Witt was hired to lead a full renovation: redesign the lobby for better guest flow, re-imagine guest rooms for comfort and functionality, and update public areas to reflect contemporary hospitality standards.
Our Approach
Using 3D modeling and close collaboration with hotel management, Ross Witt reworked the floor plan to improve circulation, added subtle but impactful architectural details (accent lighting, modern finishes, efficient storage), and re-designed the exterior signage and entry for better curb appeal.
The Result
Upon reopening, the hotel saw a measurable increase in direct bookings and a significant uptick in positive guest reviews — remarking on improved comfort, modern feel, and renewed sense of value for money.
